Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026. This policy explains how TuuT s.r.o. processes personal data on this website.
1. Who we are
The data controller is TuuT s.r.o., registered in Slovakia. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us via our contact page or by email at the address shown in the site footer.
2. What we collect
This is a static website that does not use advertising or analytics trackers and does not profile visitors. We only process personal data you choose to send us:
- Contact form data: your name, work email, company (optional), role and message.
- Technical data: standard server logs (e.g. IP address, timestamp) kept by our hosting provider for security and to operate the site.
3. Why we process it (legal basis)
- To respond to your enquiry — on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in answering business requests (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).
- To keep the site secure and reliable — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. How your message is handled
The contact form is submitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. The message is delivered directly to our mailbox; the recipient address is not exposed in the website's source. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not send it to third-party marketing tools.
5. How long we keep it
We retain enquiry messages only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our host.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
7. Cookies
This site does not set non-essential or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
